An outline of Taylor Lautner's Workout from a Blog.

This author came to the same conclusion as me as far as Taylor Lautner's Workout Routine was setup. Since he is young and his metabolism is high, he didn't have to worry about being lean...it was more important that he worked out consistently enough to gain mass.

Taylor’s Workout Routine

Although I wasn’t able to track down a specific training regimen Taylor did say in his interview that he likes to begin his workouts with some running on the treadmill and use a lot of body weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, dips, pull-ups, and lunges.

Taylor Lautner’s Diet
Although his personal trainer had him eating anything and everything he already had very little body fat and coupling that with the high metabolism of a teen his focus was not on what to eat but rather on making sure he ate every 2 hours.
